Our Founder

Claypan was founded by an engineer, executive and Aboriginal business leader whose experience spans major infrastructure, Indigenous business development and organisational transformation.

While those experiences informed the creation of Claypan, the organisation exists to be more than the story of one person. It is built on a philosophy of practical strategy, meaningful partnerships, continuous learning and lasting impact.
